Terms of Service
What this service is. ReviewAI helps a customer turn their own experience into an editable review draft. The customer picks what genuinely stood out, may rewrite the draft however they like, chooses their own rating, and submits the review directly to Google themselves.
What it is not. ReviewAI does not write reviews without a customer, does not filter or block unhappy customers, does not choose or suggest a rating, and does not post anything to Google on anyone's behalf. It cannot promise a positive review, a rating, a ranking, or that a review will be published - only Google decides that.
The short version
- We give your business a review link, a QR code and draft text. Your customer chooses their own star rating, edits the words if they like, and submits the review on Google themselves.
- We never post to Google for you, and we cannot see or influence what your customer finally submits. Nobody can promise you a review, a rating or a ranking.
- Reviews must be genuine. Asking customers for reviews is fine; paying for them, writing them yourself, or using this service to fake activity is not.
- You can stop using the service at any time. Your plan can be changed or cancelled from your own dashboard.
1. These terms
These terms are an agreement between Vistaar IT ("we", "us") and the business or person who creates an account ("you"). By creating an account, or by using the platform after we tell you these terms have changed, you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the service.
2. What the service does
The platform helps a business collect honest Google reviews. You place a QR code or link where customers can see it; the customer opens a short page, tells us what they thought, and receives a draft review written from their own choices. The customer then continues to Google and submits the review under Google's own terms.
We are not Google and we are not a review publisher. We do not submit reviews, we do not delete reviews, we do not control ratings, and we cannot make a review appear. Any wording we suggest is a draft: the customer is free to change it or write something else entirely.
3. Your account
- Give us accurate details for your business and keep them up to date.
- Keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens through your account, so tell us straight away if you think someone else has got in.
- One account per business. If several people need access, use the seats your plan provides.
- You must be at least 18 and able to enter into a contract on behalf of the business you register.
4. Your content
Your business details, your uploaded logo, your SEO keywords and any text you write stay yours. We only need permission to store, copy and display them in order to run the service for you - for example to render your review page and print your QR sheet. That permission ends when you delete the content or close your account, except for copies we keep for legal or accounting reasons.
5. Honest reviews
The whole point of this service is that a review is written by a real customer, in their own words, about a real experience. You agree not to:
- offer money, discounts or gifts in exchange for a review, or ask for a particular star rating;
- write, dictate or bulk-generate reviews yourself and have customers submit them as their own;
- use the platform to harass, threaten or pressure a customer into reviewing you;
- create fake review sessions, inflate your analytics, or otherwise misuse the service.
You alone are responsible for how you invite customers to review you, and for complying with Google's policies and the consumer law that applies where you trade. We may suspend an account that puts the service or other customers at risk.
6. Plans, activation and price
Free is a real plan: it includes your review library, your QR codes and your analytics. Paid plans add SEO keywords and AI-written drafts, and are charged per month at the price shown on the pricing page when you choose them.
Payment is not connected yet. Choosing a paid plan today records a request; we activate the plan once payment is confirmed, and until then you stay on Free with everything Free includes. Prices shown before a plan is activated are an offer, not a charge - we will never take money without telling you the amount first.
7. Availability and changes
We work to keep the service up and we test it before we ship it, but we cannot promise it will never be interrupted. Features may change, and a plan's included features or limits may change - when they do, we will say so on the pricing page and give notice before a change reduces what you already pay for.
8. Ending the agreement
You may stop using the service and cancel your plan at any time from your dashboard. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, that is used to abuse the service or another business, or where we are required to by law. If your account is closed, the QR codes you printed stop working, so tell your customers or remove them from display.
9. Our responsibility
We provide the service with reasonable skill and care. We are not responsible for the review content a customer submits, for Google's decisions about reviews, for the results you get from using the service, or for indirect losses such as lost profits. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that the law does not allow us to limit.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product changes. The date at the top of this page always shows the current version, and continuing to use the service after an update means you accept it.
11. Contacting us
Questions about these terms go through our contact form; we reply by email.
